- available food to choose from are pancit canton, beefloaf, tuna, and egg. it's simple but you'll get to enjoy what you eat - the cook is efficient with his job - they have many customers especially night time, so sometimes you'll have to wait for an extra table to be available - parking is only on the side of the street, right across Velez College

No high expectations from the food since it is a “paluto station” which serves instant noodles, pancit canton, canned beef loaf, canned corned beef, etc. Service was fast but could orders could get stacked up if there are a lot more customers. Overall atmosphere could definitely improve: there are piles of rubbish near the dining area which could definitely affect the appetite of the diners.

Was planning to order Grab Food late at night and remembered there is a viral street food place in Cebu City, even Mark Wiens went there. You basically choose canned goods and instant noodles, budget friendly and home cooked. I got 2 Pancit Canton, Corn Beef Omelette with Rice and a Mountain Dew for 145 Pesos! The chef reminds me of a Japanese Master, he is just quiet and focused with what he is doing. Very professional, he is on his element.

One of the best cheap late night eats in Cebu City. This food stall across Velez Hospital has been a favorite of students, reviewers, frontliners, and even the party crowd. The cook always wears white and he is quite capable. His specialties are canned goods, eggs, and instant noodles. It’s a good place to go if you have midnight cravings.

Will give 5 stars on this because it's a very personal experience. The food is nothing exceptional as hyped. It's just plain canned and ready to eat foods that are cooked just the way we usually want them cooked. But i'll be rating a 5 star on this because it represents the usual appetite of night owls. I used to have this meal every night when I was still a computer shop regular. Anyways, although this guy is called by many as the fastest cook, which I think he really is, expect some some time with your order since he's the only one cooking and there tend to be non-stop orders. My order took around 15mins and it was 2 meatloafs and one pancit canton. Cost me 150php for that. All in all, it was a nice, down to earth experience.

Everything was amazing especially for the price. We enjoyed our food that we tip Kuya Osting and he smiled at us saying "Thank you" This is a must try when visiting Cebu. Next time, will check-in near here when going back to Cebu.

Do not let this humble man fool you. This man is a legit chef through and through. He is able to turn humble canned food into a really yummy and affordable meal. This man is a National Treasure. I had sardines and carne norte ( corned beef), the brand of corned beef they use is a humble brand. The sardines with egg was like sisig. The Corned beef omelette on the other hand had crispy edges and was so satisfying. It is an experience unlike any other. I wouldnt be surprised if they give this man a bib gourmand based solely on his skills. I kid you not.

Kusina ni Osting truly feels like home. The food is delicious, comforting, and tastes just like genuine lutong bahay—simple yet full of flavor. Every dish is cooked fresh, well-seasoned, and served generously. What makes the experience even better is the warm and friendly service that makes customers feel welcome. Affordable prices, satisfying meals, and a homey atmosphere make Kusina ni Osting a go-to place for anyone craving authentic Filipino comfort food. Highly recommended!
